The benefits of massage on the physical body is profound, and that is truly just the beginning.
My hope is that massage therapy helps you connect with your body and your lived experience within it. I am a firm believer that you are the expert of your own story and am delighted to walk along side you, whether you come in because you slept funny and now your neck is bothering you, you are an athlete with recurring aches and pains, or if you just need a safe space to rest for a little while.

My massage practice focuses on helping the body find relaxation through Swedish massage techniques, combined with deeper, specialized work on the areas that you report need more attention. This approach allows me to tailor the session to you and your needs, whether your tension is due to being an athlete, working from home, or everyday stressors.
